My name is Drew Zandonella-Stannard and I'm from the Internet.

The Short Version

I am a writer, mother, and decent human being with a passion for branding and storytelling. With nearly two decades of experience in the realm of marketing and brand anthropology, I thrive on transforming complex ideas into engaging campaigns with humor and heart.

The long version

In 1988 I won a coloring contest at my local grocery store. The prize was a disposable camera. While everything else has paled in comparison to that early brush with fame, I’ve been chasing the feeling ever since.

In my professional career, I’ve held the very first Kindle prototype in my hands, analyzed the contents of perfect strangers’ refrigerators, and immersed myself in the worlds of coffee, chocolate, and wine. My personal essays on family, food, and relationships have appeared in Eater, Marie Claire, Good Housekeeping, Them, and elsewhere.

I have been writing online since 2002 and was turning social media woes into wins before Facebook existed. Does any of that matter these days? I’m not sure, but I am committed to carving out a positive portion of the internet for every single person who comes my way. Welcome to the neighborhood.
